  Commissioner Walter D. Posey
Posey and Posey was established in 1970 by Commissioner Walter D. Posey who now sits on the bench as a Family Law Commissioner in Orange County Superior Court Department L61. Commissioner Posey's background as an ex-Marine (if there is such a thing), and an ex-police officer for the City of Anaheim, enabled him to be appointed to the bench upon the vote of the Orange County Superior Court Judges in 1994. Commissioner Posey is currently teaching Evidence and Trial Practice at American College of Law, in addition to trying to find time to go fishing, dancing and skiing. Janette R. Posey - Attorney at Law
Senior Partner, Janette R. Posey was admitted to the California Bar in 1976 graduating Cum Laude from Western State University. Previously a professor of Legal Writing , Ethics and Torts at Western State University, Mrs. Posey now sits as an arbitrator on the Orange County Arbitration Panel. With her Masters in English, Juris Doctorate in Law, and two teaching credentials, Mrs. Posey now specializes in preparation of Testamentary Wills.
Jennifer R. Posey - Attorney at Law
Partner, Jennifer R. Posey was admitted to the California Bar in 1991 graduating Magna Cum Laude from American College of Law with her Juris Doctorate in Law. Admitted to U.S. District Court, Central District of California in January, 1999. Previously a professor of Appellate Advocacy and Evidence, Ms. Posey is now practicing in Family Law litigation, Intellectual Property matters and serves as an arbitrator on the Orange County Bar Fee Arbitration Panel. Ms. Posey also specializes in the dreaded Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), which are feared by all family law attorneys.
Rifka Mains - Senior Legal Assistant

Trained by trial by fire, Rifka Mains joined the support team of Posey and Posey in 1997. If you're wondering where the accent is from, Ms. Mains is a native of London. When she is not running the day-to-day case management, Ms. Mains who doubles as a personal trainer, is inquiring as to whether we went to the gym or not.
