Thalia Acosta earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 2022. During law school, she worked with the Loyola Immigrant Justice Clinic as a Clinical Student before joining the nonprofit Immigrant Defenders Law Center. She subsequently served as a Staff Attorney with Public Counsel’s Immigrant Rights Project, advocating for the rights of immigrant children.
After relocating to Orange County, Ms. Acosta joined Posey & Associates as an Associate Attorney. We are proud to welcome an attorney whose dedication to protecting vulnerable children and advocating for those in need aligns with our firm’s commitment to serving families. She brings valuable experience, energy, and a strong sense of purpose to her work, and we look forward to her applying that passion to advocating for children involved in family law disputes.
